If regret could kill I would be dead, I didn't die but I almost died! Watch this video, minutes after my surgery at this clinic! A BBL was performed, the surgery lasted less than 50 minutes. Since a well-done surgery lasts at least 2 hours, they sent me home extremely weak. You don't see the doctor, just minutes before the surgery and then your follow-up is with any medical assistant just to take photos of you. Save your life and your money, stay away.

Absolutely recommend Mia Aesthetic from my first phone call to inquire on services the customer service was amazing. From them sending emails and checking on me was awesome Dr Gross did an amazing job on my body with lipo360. Everyone at the office was so welcoming and reassuring. Made the whole process pleasant and nice. Posted my before and after pic I am still healing 2 weeks post op

I had a procedure done at Mia aesthetics on January 9, 2024. The overall experience was great. Dr.Gray performed my procedure and he was attentive, Patient, kind and gave me the results I wanted. My postop experience was good as well. There was a long wait time for visits, but everyone was very nice. I especially appreciated the massage therapist Krystal, who was very patient and took her time and explained a lot of things to me and the nurse Shanta, who also was very patient and took a lot of time to explain things that I was confused about and showed me how to properly care postop. The only thing I did not like how you are rushed out of recovery after your procedure, they get you in and out. I do think that could be done with a little more care, but overall my experience was great.

If I could give Mia Aesthetics a 0 right now I would! I went to the Veteran Affairs clinic three times already to have blood drawn. I uploaded my first labs from the same place and had to have hemoglobin redone. My hemoglobin was .5 away from the minimum limit. so understandably so, it had to be redone. I then went and got it redone a second time and sent over my hemoglobin and was told I had to send over everything again after being told I only needed CBC done again. My doctor only redid what was needed again. I now had the entire test redone a third time and am now being told I need to have Veteran Affairs fax it over which they won’t do. They are veteran affairs, not your usual PCP office. This has been more stressful than it needs to be, this is my 3rd cosmetic procedure and I’ve never had to deal with this kind of back and forth. This was a mistake choosing this company as I was already skeptical of this decision. I asked for a refund due to all of this back and forth and they had the audacity to tell me no after they’ve done nothing but make this process difficult! You are better off scheduling with another establishment!

They need an actual clinic manager to make sure the rooms are set up The proper way. I waited hours to be seen for surgery which I understood because other procedures were before me. As far as sanitation they can do better. I’m three days post operation . My pain is at a 5 and my first post op visit went well. The staff was nice . Dr. Gross and I were on the same page with my breast size. I went with 310 cc on top of my muscle. Some of the staff just needs to be a little more presentable and professional as far as proper procedures when handling clients. 7 weeks post opp my breast look good . My incisions are healing well.
